Could some electronics guru please tell me what is the maximum signal frequency that SPICE can handle ? My own experience with a LC low pass filter is 1 THz, even when the calculated cut-off is 150 THz. What are your experiences ?

Could some electronics guru here please clarify this ? Is it feasible to perform load pull simulation for a RF transistor using SPICE's transient(large signal) analysis scheme ? Of course the load or source has to be changed over a range of values, and for each run measure the RMS input output power ? Thanks in advance.

I've encountered a Spice model problem with SilTerra high resistivity poly resistors... They model the distributed capacitance by lumping 1/2...

I've encountered a Spice model problem with SilTerra high resistivity poly resistors... They model the distributed capacitance by lumping 1/2 of it on each END of the total resistance, rather than a multi-lump resistor/capacitor :-( Anyone know of a rule-of-thumb for minimum number of lumps for reasonable accuracy? Check me out on this, please: I assume the jfet models have built-in gate equivalent noise voltages and currents, somewhere in the model string. Also assume the the LTC opamp models include noise params. Ditto Johnson noise in all resistors. The LT Spice help pdf file says that.....
