Most seem to specify 1uA, even at 25C. Can anyone point me to one that's affordable and more like 10nA? Most selection guides seem to miss...

They give you a zillion choices. Like if you want a mosfet from 20 to 50 amps, there are 30 or more, in tiny increments as low as 0.1...

They give you a zillion choices. Like if you want a mosfet from 20 to 50 amps, there are 30 or more, in tiny increments as low as 0.1 amps. And ditto for voltages. So if you select a reasonable range of parts, it complains that you have selected too many filters. Back to Digikey!

I have an AC 230V relay built of discrete MOSFETs. Would a 12V 0.3W Zener diode in SOD323 coupled directly to the gates/sources be an appropriate protection against spurious turn-ons/oxide puncture due to high dV/dt on DS or do I need a TVS? c.

I need an LC tank that's resonant at 107 KHz. It will be "pumped" by a mosfet and have about 60 volts p-p across it. L is about 75 uH, so Xl is around 50 ohms. Peak inductor current is half an amp or so. I need to hit close to 107KHz in production, and available small shielded inductors are mostly +-20%. So, how to tune it? Trim caps and varicaps are too small, and 60 is a lot of volt...
