No way to train / test / prove the AI on a hyper-sonic missile except in real time on a full size target in various scenarios, when they have done that... And the west's fuck witted governments keep looking 10 to 20 plus years ahead (so it is not heir problem) while ignoring the real capability gaps and dangers in the short term time frame. At times like this I think of Charles Babbage - (politicians and diapers should be changed often and for the same reason).
