Maybe one of these. The design hasn't changed much since the 50s anyway. <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wasp-class_amphibious_assault_ship>

I did a little bombing myself. Bags of flour dropped from a Cessna Aerobat. -- If a man will begin with certainties, he shall end with doubts, but if he will be content to begin with doubts he shall end in certainties. Francis Bacon

I can't imagine they don't practice bombing runs against all the major powers' war craft unless it is because pilots are probably not the best way to attack a warship. That's what we have missiles for. Brietbart repeats the claim it's a "full-scale" mockup and then the tweet they post claims it's 75m long, lol <https://www.breitbart.com/asia/2021/11/08/report-china-builds-mockups-of-u-s-navy-ships-for-missile-target-practice/>

Some company is trying to run a seaplane business serving the Boston -> NYC route flying the Cessna Grand Caravan, I think it's $600-800 one way depending. Seems like a lousy way to save an hour while giving your fellow passengers the opportunity to get both seasick and/or airsick on your lap, depending.

I've read that we have a formal plan for the invasion of Canada. Even though nobody lives there because of the Polar Vortex. Joe Gwinn

You guys are still pissed that we burned the White House and you only burnt Yorktown? You haven't invaded because you don't like winter very much. 40 below and snow drifts of 2 to 3 meters put you off... Come to think of it I don't care much for 40 below weather either (too cold to ski!), hence I live on the wet coast and grow moss. You should realize that 'news' organizations exist to sell products, and they like to use fear to keep people tuned in so they have a chance to sell them more pointless crap. I suggest not watching the news for a couple of months, your world view will improve immensely! You might even get something useful done. John :-#)#
