I can't imagine they don't practice bombing runs against all the major powers' war craft unless it is because pilots are probably not the best way to attack a warship. That's what we have missiles for. I don't think people are much involved other than in validating the ID of the target. Seagulls to look for u-boat periscopes, pigeons in a missile guiding it by pecking the window where it saw a ship. dogs with bomb vests trained to look for food under tanks
