A letter to President Biden

I sent a letter to President Biden. It reads as follows:

Dear President Biden,

  Congratulations on your legislative successes that  benefit everyone
  in America. These are hard-won and you deserve all the rewards.

  I address a problem that affects everyone on the planet.

  Russia is  targeting Ukraine residents and infrastructure  with long
  range Iranian  drones.  These  have  caused  immense  destruction in
  Ukraine.  For   example,   they   have   destroyed   the electricity
  distribution systems that Ukraine needs to warm its citizens  in the
  coming winter.

  These drones  use GPS to navigate. Without GPS, the  drones  have no
  means to find their targets and are useless.

  The US military uses GPS jammers to blank out GPS over a  wide area.
  These obliterate the GPS signal and force commercial aviation to use
  alternate methods of navigation such as INS or IRS.

  Here is  an  analysis  that shows the  Iranian  drones  use  GPS for
  navigation. The  title  is "Iranian-supplied  'suicide  drone' being
  used by Russians against Ukraine"

  Russia could  also use GPS jammers, but they would be  vulnerable to
  the HARM missiles that America already supplies to Ukraine.

  I urge  you  to supply Ukraine with military  grade  GPS  jammers to

It's better to improve the hit ratio on anti-drone systems.  Ukraine is already hitting 70% to 80% of the drones.  They just need to put more systems around cities.  The drones are reportedly loud and slow.  We might soon have "sound seeking" missiles.

There is such a thing as anti-jamming, anti-spoofing technology.  These drones are said to employ this.  
There's likely not much to be done other than to shoot down the satellites they are using, likely not GPS since the US has total control over that.  There are three other sat-nav satellites, the last time I checked.  I don't know which the Iranian drones are using.

Self-driving cars don't need GPS signal to park in underground car parks since navigation is continued by reading data from  innertial sensors like accelerometers and gyroscope  (I developed in California 10 years ago for DIY drones) plus camera / Lidar / ultrasound based obstacle avoidance plus distance measurements.

So so need for a map of the garage since self-driving cars find free lot by itself
