Your opinions about about autism are asinine. It's real problem for the relatively few people who suffer from the disorder and your adoption of the term as mis-directed term of abuse is not helping them.

Autism doesn't have anything to do with politics. Your logic seems to be that you don't like lefties and you don't like people who you imagine to be autistic, so the two categories have to overlap.
