Not an opinion you would get from a clinician. Autism is all about being bad a picking up social signals, so a narcissist with autism would have trouble working out when they were being admired, which would make it difficult for them to get into the habit of demanding admiration.
And why lefties would be any different from righties in this respect is also an open question.
In fact, it is just Phil over-using using the few terms of abuse he has bothered to master. It's not really worth worrying about, but if I wasn't rude back the poor dear would feel neglected.

My late father was a lefty, worked in personal banking most of his life.
Somewhat ambidextrous though, he wrote (smudging the paper) and batted
and fired a rifle left-handed, though sometimes he'd use a knife and
fork as a righty would. He could write about equally as "well" with his
right hand also, but he grew up at the time the nun in school would
still rap your hand with a ruler if she caught you writing left-handed,
so I think he kept writing left-handed a bit out of defiance, despite
the paper-smudging.
Visually he seemed very good for his age when he was older and he was
better at the "claw" game at the arcade than anyone I've known, we had
to start giving away all the stuffed toys he won for a quarter each,
rarely missed the target. I figured it might have to do with him being a
mortarman in the Army

My take on the situation is that the brain-editing that makes right-handers a lot more right-handed than left-handers are left-handed emphasises language processing skills at the expense of visual skills.
