enthusiasm to know why high current H-Bridges uses only butterworth filter (with LC ) in filtering PWM wave to get original signal.

I have gone through Class-D amplification technique where LC filters used are only butter worth filter . why no other filters are used.

how to remove Common mode signal in H-Bridge circuit.

Hi...i will suggest remove the BJT additions. In your present design the BJTs are not biased properly and do not do any switching. They are just extra networks between the IR chip and the MOSFET.
