I'm waiting to see the photo of the drill motor after it severely overheats from driving John Dope around. Hand held drills do not have sufficient cooling for continious use at high loads, and direct drive of a bike tyre from the center hub for any reasonable length of time is cleary a continious use at a very high load.
Not worried about it. My first used a lesser DeWalt drill (DCD7xx) and a
24" wheel. This is a DCD991 with a brushless motor, geared lower, and
driving a 16" wheel. Also using a Flexvolt battery. The gearbox might get
warm or hot, but nothing else.

It's not "continuous use" anyway.

The orange rim is only one of two 16", 36 hole bike wheel rims I know of,
and it's required. I have two, have none of the other version. So oh well.

Yeah, it is hard to construe 3 MPH as being "continuous". The only thing about the whole thing that is continuous is the level of stupidity you express.
This reactionary foulmouthed group idiot, a.k.a. Always Wrong,
has been insulting and threatening others in this group for a decade...

Now add a squeeze horn with a big red bulb, and Bob's your Uncle.
