Replacement to NXP BF862?

   They seem to be unobtainium out of stock end of life jump in the lake.

   Any current production replacements?
   Why not a GP randumb JFET?

On Semi CPH3910. Lower capacitance by about half, lower noise by about 1 dB, but a somewhat inconveniently high I_DSS (40 mA). That means you can't usefully run them at 0V D-S. On the plus side, the zero drift point is within the minimum-noise region.
