I have found aliexpress sellers to be very helpful. I'll bet they'll sell you lots of 100 and probably accept your request for next-day air shipping, if you pay for it in advance with a bank transfer. -- Thanks, - Win

I already ordered from that vendor via the slow boat. I'll get then in April... maybe. This one is $0.09 each @100 and will ship via DHL or Fedex for $30+. It says roughly 1 to 2 weeks. If you really need them I don't think risking $40 is too big a deal is it? You can pay with credit card and I hear Aliexpress is pretty good about it if you find the parts are crap. I've only needed to dispute something that I didn't receive once and it was not a big hassle. No worse than eBay. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Original-free-shipping-FDN337N-FDN337-SOT23-100PCS-LOT-in-Stock/32489003439.html?spm=2114.01010208.3.101.OhdFrg&ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0,searchweb201602_2_10065_10130_10068_433_434_10136_10137_10138_10060_10062_10141_10056_10055_10054_301_10059_201_10531_10099_10530_129_10103_10102_10096_10052_10053_10050_10107_10142_10051_10106_10143_10526_10529_10084_10083_10080_10082_10081_10110_10111_10112_10113_10114_10037_10078_10079_10077_10073_10070_10122_10123_10124,searchweb201603_13,afswitch_1,ppcSwitch_5,single_sort_0_price_asc&btsid=c9539a0f-5ed7-4e0a-847d-f67c46fbbebc&algo_expid=206fe663-46af-469f-a0d5-7157fad55716-12&algo_pvid=206fe663-46af-469f-a0d5-7157fad55716 -- Rick C

This Aliexpress vendor is twice the price as the other one I mentioned, but has a Fedex delivery option for 5-8 days. It may result in Tom Hanks being stranded on a deserted island for years though. :( https://www.aliexpress.com/item/SMD-FET-FDN337N-FDN337-imprint-337-SOT23-original-spot/874807260.html?spm=2114.01010208.3.110.OhdFrg&ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0,searchweb201602_2_10065_10130_10068_433_434_10136_10137_10138_10060_10062_10141_10056_10055_10054_301_10059_201_10531_10099_10530_129_10103_10102_10096_10052_10053_10050_10107_10142_10051_10106_10143_10526_10529_10084_10083_10080_10082_10081_10110_10111_10112_10113_10114_10037_10078_10079_10077_10073_10070_10122_10123_10124,searchweb201603_13,afswitch_1,ppcSwitch_5,single_sort_0_price_asc&btsid=c9539a0f-5ed7-4e0a-847d-f67c46fbbebc&algo_expid=206fe663-46af-469f-a0d5-7157fad55716-13&algo_pvid=206fe663-46af-469f-a0d5-7157fad55716 -- Rick C

I think I found a good substitute. It is the IRLML6344. Thanks for your suggestions, Guys.

Lemme see..would a dual or quad N-channel ZERO threshold match pair array be useful? Also available at Vth = 0.2, 0.8, and 1,4V. Made by Advanced Linear Devices, carried by Mouser, (Oct 2006 catalog).

It would be hard to sell salvaged as new. It would have solder on the leads. I don't know how they could even do the work to unsolder and repackage the parts for that price! I'll find out in a few weeks if there's no longshoreman's strike and customs doesn't seize anything. -- Rick C
