Works okay, the only weirdness I notice is that it sucks the paper back in for single sided printing, so I suppose it's using up my print cycles twice as fast. Mostly I print monochrome from an XP machine when I print at all so it's no big deal. What I do is create TWO printer icons in Windoze. Both have the same printer definition file and printer port. They only differ in name and some setting defaults. One defaults to single-sided, the other to duplex printing. For printers with multiple paper bins, I also create a printer with the associated default paper bin. That's because most everyone that replaces the board also upgrades to the USB+Ethernet boards. I'm not sure if a Brother laser printer is an improvement over the HP P2015dn. Some of the early Brother laser printers were rather awful.
