Discrete Transistor Equivalents/Crosses for these devices...

XN04401

TRXN4501

I'm search for equivalent devices that also have Spice models.

Wringing out an _old_ discrete design :-(

2N5550 (High Voltage NPN) is what I get that comes the closes in spice.

If it's _old_, it probably wasn't "designed" with Spice. So why do you need to Spice it now? -- John Larkin Highland Technology, Inc jlarkin at highlandtechnology dot com http://www.highlandtechnology.com Precision electronic instrumentation Picosecond-resolution Digital Delay and Pulse generators Custom laser drivers and controllers Photonics and fiberoptic TTL data links VME thermocouple, LVDT, synchro acquisition and simulation

What the customer wants, the customer gets. Also it's part of that patent issue, so we have to demonstrate performance "as posted" ;-) ...Jim Thompson -- | James E.Thompson, CTO | mens | | Analog Innovations, Inc. | et | | Analog/Mixed-Signal ASIC's and Discrete Systems | manus | | Phoenix, Arizona 85048 Skype: Contacts Only | | | Voice:(480)460-2350 Fax: Available upon request | Brass Rat | | E-mail Icon at http://www.analog-innovations.com | 1962 | I love to cook with wine.
