Mine would have been about using a 5GHz transistor (the BFR92) to make a 25nsec monostable that could be triggered by a 850psec wide pulse. It did follow up my 1979 circuit that used the 5GHz PNP BFT95 (which you can't buy any more, and came in a different package).
