It is probably because of the extensive testing, certification, and=20 liability issues of a device that connects to the utility company grid, = and=20 which has "potentially" life threatening implications if it fails to = work as=20 required. Something like the latest pill (such as Celebrex) which = probably=20 costs $0.10 to make and they sell for $3 a poop. (Oops, that's for a=20 laxative!) Paul
