PING: Aylward or other Spice Expert... Bringing up a 0.18u/0.35u Vanguard process, building up the PSpice model libraries. Discovered strangeness: ALL devices have HDIF=0.2u, except "native" NMOS, which has HDIF=0.02u!! I thought this might simply be a typo, but that HDIF value is repeated in each of the corner parameter statements. 0.02u seems awfully small to me. Can this be...

I want to build an ideal device for use in PSpice simulations, a Keyed Peak Detector... Finds the maximum peak value of an input voltage while it's enabled ("keyed"), and "dumps"/outputs zero when not enabled. Any ideas? These anlayse work at 2.5GHz in FR4 type PCB material for those of us who want to drive ?? or an antenna = Bluetooth, Wifi, zigbee, or GPS antenna module and want to see how much a 'longer than desirable coax' run detriorates the NF of the Receiver. The skin effect is in there, but I did NOT want to make this a 'broadband model' Skin effect issimply at 2.5GHz. Boradband Model is res...

Hi all, I have made a noise generator based on a zener diode. But I want to know how the noise reacts when I increase the current through de zener diode. With PSpice a simulated the circuit and it seems when the current increased, sigma (RMS voltage) decreases.. But when I do the practical test, it seems when the current increased, sigma (RMS voltage) also increased.. Does anyone have...
