t1 photodiode with visible response

Anyone know of a photodiode with visible response in a t1 package. These
devices with response limited to the infared are readily available but,
curiously, not in the visible range.

If you can live with a photo transistor, try SFH3310 (OSRAM) or
TEPT4400 (VISHAY).

I checked those but, as you suggest, they weren't fast enough.

Hello,

Do you really need good human eye response? If not you may try SFH213
in combination with an IR blocking filter. I use SFH213 in a fast
optical gate and they are really fast.
