I've been asked to add 2 USB power outputs to a product to allow
ipods, phones, cameras etc to be charged.
Sounds easy. USB specs 5V, 500mA max per output. So the obvious
solution is a 5V 1A regulator driving 2 USB connectors in parallel.

I use MpLab with a PicStart+.
I can Tx/Rx thru RS232 but the USB won't work.

My daughter said the thumb drives wouldn't work on the computer ( Both work
on another computer). This morning neither USB printer is working. So far

The hard drive in my wife's laptop seems to be on its last leg. Motor
