LT spice params

John Larkin - 2009-05-11 18:57:00
If I want to set Gmin, Abstol, or other LT Spice parameters, and have them travel with a circuit model, how can I do this? .s2p file in SPICE

Hello, I was given an S2P (2-Port S-parameter) file and I need to use it in a netlist in SPICE. I have only ever worked with SPICE models, not with recorded data in SPICE. Why so many FETs without SPICE models?

Strange circuit behaviour through SPICE

Hi all, I've done some poweramp circuits and wanted to check them in SPICE. I'm using Multisim ver.10. Re: cmos 74hc debounce pull up resistors

Looks interesting. I can see how the resistor would only be accross both rails for a short time spike, otherwise it would be neutral, with a logic 0 (or logic 1) on both sides of the resistor while the switch is stable. This avoids the static pull-up resistor from pulling current on the leg whi...Re: cmos 74hc debounce pull up resistors
