i need a 5V reference that can sink or source current for a DAC. a
simple shunt reference like the LM4040 can do both just fine right? my

I am generating arb waves in PC software and do not want to loose the
subaudio content by outputting via the soundcard. Can anyone suggest
an inexpensive ready-made DAC that will handle audio down to DC?
I only need a single channel, so a dedicated stereo box is
unnecessary.

2. 5V used for audio amplifier (in Bridge-tied load configuration)

Hello!
Is it possible to control the sample rate of a DAC (no oversampling,
of course) with an analog VCO, variable within a wide range (few Hz up
to 10Mhz), also frequency-modulated?
First without consideration how to feed it properly.

Hi,
I programmed Spartan chip to produce serial data ( main_Clock, Data
Clock, Data and Tag ) stream for a DAC. I need to make this system

Hello,
my DAC outputs an audio signal between 0 and +1.25V. The finale stage is
a power amplifier that needs a signal below 500 mV p-p.
So I need to reduce the amplitude and filter the DAC output.

Hi - I'm trying to do something that may be... odd. I'm working on a
logic analyzerish sort of project. I'd like to have 4 sets of 8
inputs. Each set would be completely isolated (say 500V isolation,

I am trying to build a USB sound card and trying to finalize the
specs. It will have USB to I2S converter (part of PCM2706) connected
to DAC. Since PCM2706 is only doing USB to I2S format conversion,
samples (WAV) and sample rate (16 bit, 48Khz) remain unchanged. Shall
I safely take that PCM270...MCU with DAC on less than 48 pins?

I have a project where I need to design a clock circuit that has
variable amplitude (from ~1.2V - 3.3V). The input clock to this
variable gain stage would be 3.3V, but I have to be able to scale it
down to 1.2V if necessary. Digital control of the gain would be nice,
