Hello lovely people,
So here is what I did. I bought WinTV USB and then I have 2 Radio Shack
antenna's . ONe UHF / VHF and the other a scanner antenna plugged into
WinTV box.
I wish to make a RF spectrum analyser. Any code out there which would
do this using the equipment I have ?

To make a spectrum analyser you need a basic receiver.

But of course, "spectrum analyzer" has been corrupted over the years.
There have been construction articles in the magazines that carried
that title but were little more than scanning radios, with a visual display.
I suspect that's what he's thinking of, and then presumably the tuner
board has wider range than just tv (a lot of the spectrum analyzer articles,
even the good ones, tend to use a cable converter or tv tuner for the
front end because of their wide range), and he has his wide range tuner.
ANd of course, such wide bandwidth that I'm not sure whether it can actually
do anything much.
