I do "catch up" with newsgroups, so sorry but I can't recall who had asked
similar questions as myself re: basic LED wiring, and something showing how
it's done.

Well, I found another reference today:
http://www.cappels.org/dproj/ledpage/leddrv.htm

THe 2 circuit schematics are atthe top, but if you page down about 1/3 to
1/2 of the way, there is a pic showing what *I think* is the diagrammed
circuit, BUT using a wire-wrapped nail as the indictor. Check on this, but
I *think* that, if you put in a store-buight indictor, it'd be the same
thing as the top circuit diagram...if it's not, it'd be great if someone
could correct me ;)

If you go down past halfway, you see "solar powered gardfen light" with
both schematic, and pic of the assembled item, and also, I think, the
bottom of the circuit board?.

Anyway, HTH!

Here is another, PDF titled "MALIBU "Sun-Powered Solar Accent Light"
Model
LZ3W - by Intermatic"
http://www.radio-flier.com/PDF%20Files/LZ3W.pdf

The board is illustrated with a drawing, not a photo, but maybe it will be
helpful.
