These are some of the most hideous web sites I've ever seen.
You're an engineer if you design stuff. That doesn't automatically
make you an engineer just because you have some certificate or some
titles. I don't think that Yasser Arafat designed a lot of stuff.
And the TI guy was Jack Kilby, not Jack Kirby.

I would say further that it has to work. Too many people design stuff
that doesn't.

Yeah, I suppose a "working engineer" designs stuff that works.
And a "staff engineer" designs flagpoles.
