The specific CAD package is almost irrelevant though why in hell anyone would
willingly use Eagle is quite beyond me.

If you don't mind doing a little CAD work, there's a couple places
that do inexpensive single sided boards, like olimex or futurelec.
It's also not that hard to etch your own single sided boards.
Depending on the micro, you might be able to buy a proto board for
that specific micro, which ...

Comprehension dawns! You want to make a PCB using a PIC. You need a PCB
CAD, not a spice simulator. Download Eagle free version

Hello,
This problem has probably been debated quite a few times before, but
I would like to get your opinions. I am starting out in electronics, but
would like to know which piece of circuit simulation software I should
use. I am familiar with SPICE, but entering the netlists by hand i...

I'm extremely confused.
I have a part SN74LVC8T245 that I'm trying to find a footprint for.
I know the part is ssop so I assume its a sop in general. On the datasheet
they list many of the packages and I know that my part is DBZ, of course
there is no DBZ on the datasheet though but I assu...
