Rubbish. The donuts will blow up your waist line, and the coffee will keep you awake when you ought to be asleep.
I had to resort to it to appear to stay awake during marketing meetings. A nap would have done me a lot more good than the repetitive drivel marketing kept on coming up with, but my boss didn't like me treating them with the contempt they'd earned.
